Paulo Caruso speaks about the preparation of Rafael dos Anjos


Strength and conditioning coach Paulo Caruso was at Intheguard.tv to speak about his carreer & comment on the actual MMA scene. The coach spoke about Rafael dos Anjos, who today makes intensive work, as he sais: "In the form of an athlete". Paulo also remembers the names of famous athletes who have passed through his hands, like Victor Belfort and Victor 'Shaolin' Ribeiro.
