Pride and UFC veteran, Luta Livre general Hugo Duarte
Hugo Duarte, when this name is spoken between people who have followed MMA since the 80's, respect and admiration are quickly associated. Luta Livre General and one of the pioneers of MMA on national territory, Duarte fought in both Pride and UFC, and made his history in the confrontations between Luta Livre and Jiu-Jitsu. He told us about the rivalry, spoke on the fight scene when he was a competitor and nowadays, as well as commenting about what the UFC represents in the career of an MMA athlete.
Hugo is a former Heavyweight fighter with an official record of 6-3.
